Return policy

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, your order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all the correct parts, components and the packaging arrived exactly as the product.
  • The product has been handled normally; breakage due to mishandling is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important are thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  • The product is found defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  • A return will be processed within 7 business days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this time frame.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to begin the return process:

  • Make sure the email includes the following:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • First and last name of the customer
    • Customer address
  • We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
  • Never return the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you request it. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes not exclusively related to his commercial or professional activity:

Right of cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you received or accepted the last goods.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are shipped as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so a refund is not possible after receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bennett London) by a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is complete when we have received the goods back. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Recording of shipments in transit

Because our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be extended transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us.

Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this reimbursement.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
